Hotpot and Korean BBQ Menu

 

Chinese hot pot, sometimes people refer to as Chinese fondue, consists of a simmering metal pot. Ingredients are brought to the table uncooked so you can cook it the way you want it. Typical dishes are raw meet (thinly sliced), seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, and our well-known handmade noodles. Then the cooked food is dipped into our special sauces. You can then add our own making hot sauce.

Korean barbecue refers to the Korean method of roasting beef, pork, chicken, or other types of meat. Such dishes are often prepared at the diner's table on gas or charcoal grills that are built into the table itself.
